Early this week, I locked a 30-year jumbo mortgage with a loan amount of $
500000, 20% down, >780 credit score, 4.125% with $2000 closing credit. I'm
in Illinois. US Bank, Wells Fargo, and Citibank all offer the same rate (4.
125%). Citibank has a re-negotiation policy before closing, and a rate
adjustment policy after closing, which sold me.

jumbo的是不是优惠一些？我贷20万要付2000的closing fee. 差4000了。
