给客服发了信，说买之前不知道rule已经更改，所以买了差1分钱的东西。客服回信说：

看上了一个fannie mae的房子，但是墙壁和ceiling有破损，。lender需要房子修好才
给贷款，但是fannie mae又不允许在close前修房子。现在看起来只有走home path
renovation mortgage。想请教有没有用过这种loan的同学，有什么不好的或者要注意
的地方吗？

那天开始不行的，我周日还买了macys 差1fen呢

我就在macys 买了个箱子，199。99
周日，那时候，好像还说1cent 可以的
