一楼客厅所有木板基本没法看，非常旧，走上去之嘎吱嘎，说是05年renovation,不知
道这个地板是不是没有被renovate过，反正看着很老很破，这个如果买来自己换地换的
话成本多少，看了一下homedepot,如果买那种7$/sqft的木板是不是算中等level,人工
费不是很清楚，当500sqft来算的话，是不是差不多一万块封顶了？光拿这个理由砍价
格可以砍掉多少？谢谢！

7$/sqft很不错了吧，一万足够了，我觉得6，7千就挺多了。
地板不好，你一分钱也砍不掉的，这个都是明摆着的

不会吧。这个edge 14前几天大家进价150 off 300, 也就不到200啊。呵呵

看原来的价格，是不是CONDITION都考虑进去了。。
如果要求都比较新，看看同样条件的房子，卖多少钱。如果你这个价钱是按这样的条
件开的价，当然要还价，如果价格是考虑了快10年旧的地板，你再要求，别人就不一
定同意。
当然你可以提出来，砍多少，你自己根据你自己的房子的CONDITION，价格综合考虑，
还个价钱。
还是那句话，你愿出多少钱，是买家的自由；卖家愿多少卖，是卖家的自由。。
不能够一致，谁都可以说，散了。

我是说还价啊，这个房子 condition不错，就是一楼地板太差，把整个房子档次降了两
级，肯定要还掉点价吧。
对面积估计没概念，2000尺的房子两层，一楼除了厨房洗手间剩下的面积500尺估算的
差不多吧？

讨价还价不用这么罗嗦的，根本不用说具体理由。
因为卖家和代理们都有眼睛看到房子的condition的。
你如果买了后，马上要换，就把这个花费加进出价。
