in vegas, 2k per month on 35W house. 750 per month on 5w condo, 1650 per
month on 40w condo. unfortunately they are all in vegas.
I also have 100W rmb cash loan in china with 20% return a year which is high
risk and 70W rmb cash saving which is about 5% return but very safe. a few
real estates at wuxi,shenyang,shanghai.
so far, I feel to invest in vegas is most profitable, liquidable, time-
efficieable........ no worry, no hassel and no non-sleep night.
not getting rent and house reburbish is really nothing compared to high risk
without any return (private lending), low risk with no return (bank saving)
and non-liquiable investment (china real eastate)
