刚刚开始卖东西。
list the item的时候，ebay先收取了insert fee.然后卖掉东西后，ebay又收了手续费
。比方说我的东西是15快出售的。运费3快钱。结果ebay在我的pay pal上只有$17.15,
而不是18快钱。我理解差价的8毛5分钱就是ebay的手续费？然后一个月之后，ebay又收
取了1快8毛5分钱，就不知道是啥费用了。
简单来讲，我卖了一个15刀的东西，运费我收取买家的3刀。结果我的pay pal里面只有
17。15刀，同时我的信用卡上又被ebay charge了1。85刀。
请大牛帮我解释一下这个ebay的收费，对卖家。谢谢。

天啊。我觉得这是有人炒作借机烧。就像前阵子的V,AXP一样的。

Forgive me that I cannot input Chinese please
I am a newbie. We don't have enough money to buy a house big enough. So we
end up with a small house. We have to add a room and alter some of the floor
plan in order to live in it comfortably. It's a very old house and realtor
doesn't know where to find the original floor plan. There's not even
breakfast room, not to mention dinning room.
Our goal is to add a bedroom. Enlarge master bathroom and make a walk-in
closet. Make room for a decent breakfast room at least.
How do we start? Who should we hire to do the floor plan design? We don't
have much architect skills and are afraid of creating a weirdo. We've seen
quite a few weird houses while we were buying houses.

请别人干的，一般不值，除非您打算待个几十年。或者你现在的房子因为太不好，买了
便宜就为了翻修

The next steps are:
- Find a good contractor - talk to a lot of them, and get referrals - 口口

BAC你买的不算太多，不要怕什么冻结法拍什么的。现在一大跌，完全是自己吓自己感
觉还要跌，这种股票死守没有问题
的。
主要是资金被它暂用，损失了时间机会成本。

Stay away from financials. There are so many things that can shoot them
down, and the latest foreclosure-gate is just one of them.

一次下手都是几千股, 显示本很够. 等到BAC把欠政府的钱还清了, 一万多股的股利一
年也不少钱...

欠的钱不是还了吗？稀释后，要回到以前的股息，再过10年吧。
