Zillow price is so different from what you would expect sometimes. There's a
house that looks really not very nice, but estimated to be 1.17m, though
similar houses were only estimated at 800k. Also, another house which was
really nice was only around 750k though it was sold at around 900k just a
little while ago. Do you know what other websites are better to use for
estimating how much I should offer? Thank you!
