1年lease结束后，变成month to month。想搬走，写email通知房东，房东回email确认。
但是很快有特殊情况不能搬了，房东还没签新的房客，可以反悔吗？可以和房东重新签
约吗？

The easiest way is send another email to address your situation and ask your
landlord your plan. If he/she says ok, you are good to go.
