485 RFE 1/31/3014 (移民医生把tdap写成了Dtap，汗呀！据说是一种疫苗，不过后者
是小孩子打的。)

看到网上一般回复485 REF一两个星期就批了，咱这个怎么这么长呀？打了电话，说没
有超过两个月继续待。焦急。。。

新盖房，今天才意识到合同上写的是 50 gal elec hot water heater. 网上查了查说
gas的比较快，将来维修也比较简单，可能每个月的 utility fee也可能低点，大家觉
得有必要改成 gas hot water heater吗？

我看网上说gas 的heater价钱比elec的还便宜点呢，不知道为什么builder不上来就gas

他就是要让你加钱升级.但是,用气的以后会省很多钱.肯定值得.
还有,炉子用气.最好dryer也用气。我们不用dryer,所以没有改。

我倒是把炉子改成气的了，而且决定自己买个range hood安上去，不过builder今天给
的floor plan buleprint里没看到range hood的vent.

我们买了一个450 hood,400cfm,30 in,加管道175元，他们装。我准备先用着.叫他们留
36寸大小，以后用旧了再换

不错！你的炉子如果是30寸的话，记得确定一下range hood左右的橱柜会看着协调点，
因为你留了36的空间。

Tankless的很像以前国内那种热水器，天然气打火让把水热起来，对这个还是不很自信。
