最近也在看房子，也有同样疑问。 根据中介的说话，两个都不能透露， 买家尽可能出
高价竞争。

from seller's stand point, all he needs is higher price. So if they tell you
other offer's price, which can cause bid war, why not to do that. But if it
is seller's market, and asking price is already high, the seller's realtor
probably will ask buyers to bid the highest as they can and select the
highest offer. Generally this only take one week with one weekend open house
, the house will be under contract.

可以在出offer时 加上confidentiality条款么，i.e.不允许listing agent disclose

you can try, but consult with your realtor first.
