最近更新了Chase QuickPaySM Service Agreement， 特别提到了 要交税的TAX
PAYMENTS。也就是说，收太多，被CHASE注意了，怀疑你是收卖东西的钱，也许会有麻
烦了。
Dear Chase Customer,
You've received this notice because you are enrolled in Chase
QuickPaySM. Due to recent service enhancements, we've updated the Chase
QuickPaySM Service Agreement you previously reviewed and accepted.
Here is a summary of the changes, effective May 15, 2011.
Prohibited payments--You agree not to use Chase QuickPaySM to send or
receive money from anyone to whom you are obligated for tax payments,
payments related to court orders, fines, payments to loan sharks,
gambling debts or payments otherwise prohibited by law.
Repeating transfers--We define "Repeating" as an automatic recurring
payment or transfer you make to the same Pay To account for a consistent
amount. You will now be able to schedule repeating transfers. When the
new agreement is available online, please see the section titled
"Repeating Transfers" for details.
Mobile text messaging--You may now be able to receive text messages
through Chase QuickPaySM. When the new agreement is available online,
please see the section titled "Text Services" for a full description.
Your continued use of the Online Services acknowledges your agreement to
the amendments. The updated agreement will be available online on May
15, 2011. You can review the latest agreement anytime by logging on and
clicking the "Legal Agreements and Disclosures" link at the bottom of
any page.
