在看inspection report, 说是有一部分房子用的是蛭石作insulatiaon(
Vermiculite insulation),完了这个东西有可能含有石棉.
这种的情况普遍么?需要清理掉么?
看报告好像是不去动他就没有关系的意思?

The seller does not agree to fix it if there is asbestos. Any suggestions?

No big deal. Most older homes would have this material as attic insulation.
I have it in my attic.Tested it, and contains less than 1% asbestos, is not
considered to contain asbestos in my state. Would cost $10,000 to remove all
. If you do not touch it, it is fine. I just covered it with fiberglass
insulation. Make sure you do not disturb it when you lay fiberglass
insulation.
