Ijust saw a house. The foundation of the house is a slab from 1955. The
house was built in 2009 on the old foundation.
I found the floor is not level. You can see it. There are two cracks on the
side walls of the foundation. There are cracks in the four corners of each
window.
Is it Ok to buy such a house?

这个OLD FOUNDATION是要修的，裂缝会越来越多，倾斜也会越来越厉害
修FOUNDATION上万，2，3万也是有可能，工程浩大，修理过程中
还可能搞坏上下水管道，如果有问题的又是一两万。
