看中一个房子 2000年之后建的看房子的时候没看到地下室有明显裂缝但在seller
disclosure里有写到 sporadic leak into basement （where well comes in ）when
heavy long rain periods - when ground very saturated
这个房子用的井水这样是不是井水往上渗造成的？严重吗？多谢！

我的理解这个和你的井水用水是没有关系的。
应该是地下室的window wells 等引起的。
这个可以说是大问题如果花大钱修。。。
也可以说是小问题如果花小钱修。。。不过貌似情况不妙。。。

建议你move on。你这个不是偶然停电漏水，或排水堵住了，地下室进水。这是长期的
。这房子是不是在flood zone上？

agent这么回复的
About the leak..........it only happened once or twice during a heavy rain
and even then it was only a tiny bit. It hasn't happened since and the
sellers haven't done anything about it. I saw it and it's just where the
pipe comes through the basement wall. Just needs to be caulked.

disclosure statement都特别写明了，这种房子我是肯定不要的，如果我猜得对的话。
