看了个房子，感兴趣。可是
Seller disclosure: Previous treatment with termites/WDI.
(Seller: we had signs in the dining room; the one wall had signs but not
active. It was treated with foam by John mor#$# but no repair needed).
请问白蚁在糖城/密苏里的老房子（95年左右）常不常见？这种情况的房子还要不要考
虑？
另外，小区防洪堤旁边的房子会不会很潮湿？
