卖了2个手机，每个500,一共1000, 用UPS邮寄要了签名，也按货物价值1k买了保险，
成功deliver后过了2天买家说package里只有一个手机，折该如何处理？ amazon
上卖的。估计amazon也会退500回去
这种情况能向ups要$500保险来补偿吗？

还是直接去哪里买苗？

初级者买苗比较好，walmart，home depot，本地花圃多看看，最近home depot看到桃
树没人买，三十几降到二十几，相当不错

买苗是简单多了，我种过番茄等，到后来忘记浇水，长出来也不像番茄了。

0 ask him to check the package carefully.
1 ask for the imei of the cell phone he received.
2 tell him you record the imei # of both.
3 tell him that you will report to the related depts and mark
that cell phone with the imei was stolen. anyone use the cell
phone will be tracked, caught.
