Home seller.
Seller's real estate agent.
Title company representative.
Closing agent: This person conducts the meeting and makes sure all
documents are signed and fees and escrow payments paid.
Mortgagor (you).
Mortgagee (lender).

seller一般不来。。。我买房子从来没见过seller，卖房子我也从来不去。。。agent
去不去无所谓，但他们都要盯得commission fee。。。

final walk through 后，在closing day, 你负责拿key.

如果你是到closing agent那里去签字的话，只有closing agent的notary和你需要到场
，其他人不需要。
