卖家在卖房的disclosure中没提漏水，说全部都没有问题
inspector检测时没下雨也没发现漏水
仔细看，a/c vent四周有水痕，
a/c vent附近有用腻子修补的痕迹，我猜卖家隐瞒漏水的事实，自己补了
房子两个月前close了
我该怎么办？通过buyer agent/listing agent找卖家? 找inspector?

IB often has such issues.
11:00-12:00
no single minute has more than 50K shares.
if you meant bid, then even who wants to use IOC orders,
no need to use 0.3 Billion $ as SINA's liquidity is far below that.

看看inspector 的合同。好像inspector 一年内有保。

Get a contractor to inspect the repair, see if it's repair after initial
build. if the seller was the original owner, then he would definitely have
violated the disclosure requirement. You can choose to sue him to recover
the cost of repair. Inspector is generally much harder to go after because
if this is not an obvious repair, he could just claim it was not noticeable.

我今天打开洗手间屋顶的a/c vent: 发现水就是从a/c vent 流出来的，估计房顶漏水
通过了a/c unit(猜测）上了attic, 发现water drain pan 没有新的漏水痕
另外，agent说联系了卖家，卖家不承认漏水过，说不知道，因为不是自己的primary
residence

inspector 没签合同 :( inspector建议我去找roofer
