I checked some historical data, it doesn't have such huge contango before.

moisture at the time of the inspection. There appears to be an active leak
in the roof or building exterior. A qualified contractor should evaluate and
repair as necessary.

Every day only 1/23 rollover, should have enough time to exit if
backwardation happened.
