有谁作过?啥价钱?

I think this is part of the construction and hard to change after the house
is built. For price, I would say it would be counted in thousands, unless it
is a small one like utility shed...

of course it is better than not having one, but there are plenty of
perfectly fine houses without them. Just try not to expect it would make
drastic differences.
So, if you have a couple of grands that you don't really care much about,
go ahead. Overhangs have different sizes and styles, so make sure you are
paying for the one you want.
