竟然比去年的appraised value 高了$14K,这次还是用了个帮助appeal property tax的
公司帮着appeal,结果才给降了$3000， 比去年还是高了$10k, 降的那$3000还是因为去
年hail damage把房顶砸了。等于那个公司什么也没帮到，打电话问为什么比去年高那
么多，公司也不解释。请教大家这种情况该怎么办？谢谢！

什么理由sue?该sue的是county 收tax 的吧？漫天要价。我房子才十几万买的，每年都
涨一万。

应该通过一个法律，如果镇子收税估价过高，就可以让房主有权利以该价卖房子给镇子。
