Are you ready for 2000+ gold & 50+ silver by, let's say, 1st half 2012?
Investment becomes a no-brainer when government disrupts market order to
force money to go where it does not on its own. You just focus on what
they try to suppress and stay out of what they try to prop up because
market force crushes any such kinda foolish action at the end.
For example in the current situation you just buy gold and silver (what
they are hell-bent on to suppress but UNABLE TO at the end) and stay out
of real estate related investment (what they are hell-bent on to support
but UNABLE TO at the end).

I think gold would at minimum go into correction, should the stimulus
package have any credibility.

湾区一般老中labor $6-10 per sqft。如果你只有这一个小活有时会高点，不如自己搞

就算11m2，大概120feet2
tile：120（1 sq feet）+10%=132，每个2-5刀，264-660刀。
cementboard：3x5 8+1张，0。42inch厚，每张15刀，135刀。
mortar：30磅x2，54刀
grout：15刀
contractor没提最重要的防渗膜，200刀左右。
人工因地而异，但你这个有点高，可能因为活太小的原因。

对这个CONTRACTOR 不了解，realtor 推荐的，之前帮我们刷过墙，收了三千，被你这
么一提醒，倒感觉有可能是不专业的，没提防渗膜，估计不打算给我们用上。不用防渗
膜应该不行吧
