For relink purpose, I called several times NSC and finally talked to an IO (
I hope he is an IO).... surprisingly he
told me he graduated from Cornell with a master degree! -- would this
explain NSC is tougher? anyway, he is
helpful (not see the results yet), and put another service request for me
while my last one was done a week
ago with the "outmost" agent..
just want to remind you to be careful in preparing petitions! and if you
call NSC, to talk to an IO seems

妞拉了小手，但是会场上不走动（大概高跟太高的原因）让我自己多跟新郎新娘聊天，
她谁也不搭理就坐在一边，连新娘都说你女朋友真漂亮可是怎么不跟大家打招呼呢，弄
得我大红脸。妞路上说你同学都好老土。
晚上妞表弟带着我跟妞去strip club说给我开眼界，几轮table dancing后，妞说我给
你50块，你带一个喜欢的到后面房间玩lap dancing，弄得我大红脸，妞说你自己选还
是我选，结果我选了一个拉丁妞，回来后妞问我感觉如何？我说挺好的，妞说有没有想
上的感觉，我说实话说有，妞不理我，我说都性欲上的事，我能分清出。
是到后面晚上又杀到casino玩，玩到3:30回家，generally花掉300大洋后回家睡觉，早
上我去妞家找妞，妞开门不理我继续回房间谁，俺在床边坐了20分钟觉得很无聊准备走
，妞醒了看到我，说你怎么进到我卧室了？
我说我也不知道就跟着进来了。
妞说我穿的睡衣，你赶紧出去，于是我回到客厅，可是左等右等，妞就是不出来，2个
小时后打电话，妞说还要睡，我让我自己出去玩去。

That's very normal. I think most of IO have at least a bachelor degree. You
probably can only consider them as "high school graduates" when talking
about tech stuff since most of them probably liberal arts major. Don't
underestimate other people. Chinese tend to value engineers much more than
liberal arts major graduates.

it is working! one minute after I called the IO, I received an email (as
below) response to my email sent two weeks ago! it is a hard proof of "
successful relink"!
Dear Mr. XXXX,
Your recently approved I-140 (SRCxxxxxxx) has been transferred to the
Nebraska Service Center and is being consolidated with your A file. After
your files are consolidated, your file will be sent to an officer for review
. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 45 days.
Thank you.

假设不是坑吧。。。。
不管你是不是想泡it，反正你表现的不像要泡之的样子。拉了手就别扔，拉了她跟人打
招呼，最好是跟愿意在她面前夸奖你的那些朋友打招呼。
朋友说她是你女朋友你别脸红。借坡下驴就行了；最不济说你正在追她。说笑说笑就过
去了。她tmd一个人坐一边你都不去照顾一下？你tmd要带她玩。
酒吧里面你要是不想叫就坚持不叫。或者给妞也叫一个然后在一个房间搞。出来妞问你
想不想干，你就说你想干妞就行了。
一个男人最没有吸引力的时候就是猥琐的时候。有贼心没贼胆，废物。
总之你不能让妞牵着你的鼻子走。妞内心深处希望仔牵伊的鼻子。
这要是是个坑你看我不打死你妈逼的！！

为了造福人类，写一下详细电话过程怎么最后把IO拎过来听电话了。比如每一步按什么
建。。。。一般接电话的都是办事员

kind simple...
once you get through to the first low-rank person, be nice but keep complain
and do not accept any help
from this guy...just keep telling your own story and saying it is not
acceptable and blah blah... and there is
50% chance he/she pass your call to an IO
