i don't think this is pms. the symptoms of pms are mostly headache, cramp,
stomachache, fatigue, unstable mood, dryness of mouth or eyes.
the cause of all these accidents is your high risk exposure life style. for
example, you should put the chair far away from your bed side (if you have a
small kid, do that in your kid's room too). you should know that you will
probably get up for restroom in the middle of your sleep and mostly your mind
