口腔溃疡 is kanker sore, shui3 pao4 is cold sore. Drug stores have

Not "kanker" but "Canker". Is it of you or your child. If your child, please
see a doctor, because many OTC cannot be given to children.
"Lysine" is Lai4 An1 Suan1, an amino acid. I don't see why do you need that.
For canker sore (mouth ulcer), you may not need any drug depending on your
severity. Can you see the ulcer. If it's too big, you should see a doctor to
prescribe you some tetracyclin. Otherwise, get some NSAIDs pain killers such
as Aspirin, Advil (ibuprofen). Or some corticosteroidial
