cheese is actually good for your health. but the recommendation for an
average size adult (70 kg) is 2-3 serving of dairy per day. and one serving
equals to
1. 8 oz of milk (one cup)
or 2. 8 oz of yogart
or 3. 1.5 oz of Fat free/2%/whole-fat natural cheeses (such as cheddar,
Monterey, Colby)
or 4. 2 oz of Fat free, 2% or whole-fat processed cheeses
so, how much cheese you can eat depends on how much other dairy products you
eat. and you would definitely need to eat some vegetab
