肝的B超的结果应是怎么样的形式？

在一个很差的医院（这个差就说来话长，是事后才知了）做了腹部的B超检查肝的情
况。
一直都没有具体结果出来,只有帐单。最后又留言给family doctor,才寄来了一封信
，
说本来改radiatiology doctor evaluate result,结果一直没有完成，所以是他fi
nally
evalute 的：情况正常。
就只有这么简简单单的几句。没有任何指数等等。我上网查了一下（没在国内做过
B超），
都有详细的各项参数等等。
我得到的这个结果是不是糊弄人呢？一点都不professional? 好歹花了400刀，自己
100多刀，
没有一个具体的报告.
我可不可以要求给出一个具体的报告呢。问了可以要一个B超结果的hard copy,可我
自己要来又不会看有什么用？
总不至于又要make another appointment with the family doctor, and pay him
another ~200 to get some explanation?
anyway, 我就想知道在美国 B 超的结果报告通常应该怎么样？

今天去了医院，说that is most detailed report.
and for a copy of B 超 film, we need to pay $15. and were told that is t
he hospital's rule.
Isn't that rediculous? we payed for ultrasound and got nothing except on
e piece
of paper saying kidney, liver blah... appear normal.
以前在其他医院照光，都给一张片子（first copy is free for patient). Is t
here any
law for this thing?

这很正常.
其他医院也是这样的.
如果报告说都好就行了.如果你想要知道细节,找你的家庭医生,他会给你解释的.
否则解雇他.
放射科医生没有必要跟你解释的.这是美国的规矩.当然,好心的会跟你将拉.
