现在还在月子里，只是今天感觉浑身酸疼，乳房也涨得疼，体温是100.2度。是不是应
该给医生打电话？是call ob还是family doctor呢？

to me 100.4 is fever, but i think it varies from person to person, if you
worry about mastitis, or the skin seems red, might need to see your doctor
and get some antibiotics, but continue breast feeding,
