请问直接sex会被传染么？
我不太分得清乙肝病人和携带者之间的差别

not sure about the chinese terminology,
hep B can be transmitted via intercourse,
but what you are looking for is if your partner is infectious, so you need
to know his hepatitisB e antigen, if that is positive, indicating he is
actively replicating and thus infectious,
if he is a carrier, often means his hep B e antigen should be negative and e
antibody should be positive, but if you are still worried about it, can
check a dna viral load,

要强调的是：乙肝传染途径是血液、母婴。
吃饭、性行为、蚊虫叮咬传染的可能性很小，如果有，前提条件是吃饭或性交过程中，
双方都有伤口，从而有血液交货的机会，而且是携带者的病毒含量比较高，才可能有机
会。
乙肝病人，广义上说，包括所有携带者。狭义上说，也就是跟所谓“非活动性慢性乙肝
携带者”的区别在于：有炎症或者病毒数量较高。
你只有注射乙肝疫苗后，才可能从根源上有效杜绝乙肝人群对你的威胁。

e抗原阳性并非代表“活跃”复制，乙肝病毒数量的高低代表病毒复制的活跃程度
e
携带者是指表面抗原阳性，跟e抗原，e抗体没关系。
