奶奶今年70多,最近10年开始高血压,前几天在家摔倒了,住院后检查发现中风了,脑梗塞
.我好担心,很怕...现在她都半身不能动了,左边不能动,说不出话,有时好象也不怎么能
认出人来,因为她在家乡,这些情况都是家人跟我说,听起来好象很严重,可是叔叔叫我不
要太担心...可能安慰吧...我知道老年人中风很可怕的,请问知道的人,这个有得治疗吗
?我那边的医生说即使每天在医院打针,情况跟不治疗的差不多...天杀的,他们会不会的
啊???

at this stage, there is really not much you could do for the damages already
done(within 3 hrs you can get iv tpa, within 6 hrs you can get intra-
arterial tpa),
so you kind of in the secondary prevention phase, she is at high risk for
recurrent stroke, her doctors need to find the cause of the stroke and treat
risk factors,
if it's thrombotic, you treat hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, modify
life style, aspirin or aggrenox or plavix,
if it's embolic, need to locate the source of emboli

我爸爸是在3小时之内采取了治疗，恢复得不错。
但是现在有一只手不太灵活，手指不能完全伸直，
握拳头握不紧，该如何治疗比较有效？
做过针灸，按摩，也天天活动锻炼，好像效果不大。

现在我奶奶气色好了点,这几天一直跟她按摩\动动她的手脚,因为她不能说话了,半边不
能动,吃东西吃不了,只能打针维持,还有可以喝喝水和粥,不能吃...
这样下去真不是办法,不能动还好,可是不能吃饭,说话,很糟糕...坐也坐不了...现在我
们没有别的好方法...不知道就帮她按摩,是否可以好转,比如可以说话,吃饭就好/////

physical therapy, there is not much you could do other than secondary
prevention, some will be left with residual deficit, in his case is very
mild, should be thankful, good luck

kind of sad, sounds like she needs a g-tube for enteral feeding for
nutritional support, she is at risk from all the complications from
immobilization such as dvt, aspiration, decubitus ulcer, don't know if the
doctors have figured out the cause of the stroke, her underlying conditions
need to be treated to prevent recurrent stroke,
remember did a nursing home rotation long time ago and this old lady was
bedridden from stroke and aphasic on tube feeding, when i entered her room
she was agitated
