右下智齿拔了以后，发现前面紧挨的牙（#31）被智齿顶久了以后有cavity，补了一次
，但因为牙齿太靠后，估计效果不好。
另外因为31号牙受智齿挤压，牙神经受损？这颗牙在咀嚼时老是发酸，就做了Root
Canal。现在该做牙冠，牙医给我几种选择：
1. Do crown lengthening ($700 out of pocket), then probably refill the
cavity area, then do a full crown ($500 OOP)
2. Since the root canal hole on the top is quite small, he can do a "top" crown for
me, which only covers the top of the tooth ($1000+)
3. Simply do a full crown ($500)
So my questions are:
