最近经常觉得很疲劳，嘴巴很干，而且感觉肝部不适。验血发现肝功能有两项指标异
常：Total Biliburin (3.3, 正常值0.1~1.5), AST (48, 正常值10~45).其他指标都
正常，乙肝化验也正常。
那位大侠能帮忙看看，可能是什么问题啊。如果要找专科医生的话应该找哪科的医生？

start by seeing a primary care physician first, ask them to fractionate the
total bili, and see if direct or indirect bilirubin is high, AST only mildly
elevated, might not mean a whole lot,
keep in mind the so-called liver function test(ast, alt, alk phos) is not
indicative of synthetic function of liver, coags such as PT, PTT and also
albumin are more reflective of true "liver function"
