小腹坠胀，酸疼，去校医院检查一通，老美医生给开了个叫“levaquin"的药片（是种
抗菌素）自己觉得是宫颈炎，跟医生说“ cervical erosion”她居然听不懂，也不知
道怎么跟她形容，
她给我做了个妇科检查，拿个东东塞进那里，之后还流了血。白带检查发现有细菌了。
想问问有经验的jjmm，我这有没有必要让校医院refer到医院检查，难受1周了，吃了两
天药业没什么好转，该怎么跟医生说呢？
还有像这种妇科病应该吃什么药？ CVS能买吗？

宫颈炎=cervicitis, while cervical erosion is usually without symptom.
Anyway, the vaginal exam and pap smear the doctor did should clarify on this.
Whatever is causing the discomfort, it's reasonable to see if the infection
is the cause. Take Levaquin for the prescribed days (usually 5-7 days?),
and if there is no improvement the doctor should do more tests.

cervical erosion 美国妇科医生从来不告诉病人有这个病，因为子宫颈属于内脏神经
支配，通常内脏神经支配的组织是没有痛觉的，所以即使非常严重的子宫颈炎，您也不
觉得疼痛，而且西医妇科也治不好这个病（当然有的妇科医生会使用液氮，激光或微波
等方法来烧灼来治疗，但效果也不好），反正您也不觉得很痛，因此他们永远不告诉病
人，况且病人知道患了这个病，大都非常担心。
我本人是中医师，建议中医辩证治疗，效果很好，
