我一开始不同意房东提出的天数,但是房东说这个是当初写在lease里的。我回来一看,还真有这么一条。
那么像这种情况我还有什么办法跟房东negotiate吗?还是只能同意?
Tenants shall make the premises available to Landlord or andlord’sagents
for the purposes of making repairs or improvements, or to supply agreed
services or show the premises to prospective buyers or tenants, or in case
of emergency. Except in case of emergency, Landlord shall give Tenants
reasonable notice of intent to enter. For these purposes, twenty-four (24)
hour written notice shall be deemed reasonable, and reasonable hours shall
be defined as ___9___ to __6_____ Monday through Friday and __9____ to ___6_
__ on Saturdays.
