收租(gross income) is about $13K
net income is about $7, 8K.
Still have some gap to be filled.
I am practicing simpler life now to see if my rental income can cover my

咱还真的不是土豪，打工罢了。中午两人吃饭加起来20几刀，一个月20几天基本上有
400多。晚上三口之家一个月在外吃个十一二次基本上中餐，又是500多。毎周去一次
whole foods, costco买菜，1000块只多不少。
退休了总会享受一下，各种不常去的西餐要去试试，2000刀两个人真的差不多。

是的，工作轻松的话，上班是一个保持活力的好办法。我一度想两三年后等娃上了大学

很多。我宁可自己做。年纪大了，口味变得清淡，大鱼大肉吃不动了。年轻时最爱吃巴
菲，现在基本不去。比20几岁的时候一半都吃不到了。
