很多XDJM都汇报了,但是对于什么时候开始实行还是有不同看法,我也收到了那张"小卡
片"(显得实在是比较寒酸),干脆把原文贴上来:
Foreign Transaction Fee Finance Charge:
The Foreign Transcation Fee FINANCE CHARGE is 3% of the U.S. dollar amount
on transcations made in a foreign currency...bla...bla...
最终要的在这里:hehe
The new terms below(我这里是above) will apply to all new and existing
balances effective with the first day of your billing cycle ending on or
after January 11,2008...
所以什么时候开始收3%是由你的billing cycle决定的,如果你运气好刚好close在
January 10, 那么到那个时候应该还是算1%的...
