As I mentioned in FW, a possible way to get Walmart, Costco GC is:
Someone gets paid by his employer using these GCs instead of cash/paycheck.
Why? It is business expense, not employee's salary. A smart way to avoid
income tax. But the employee can't use so much GC. So sell on ebay. We don't
know who is doing this and how many middle steps. Not many ppl paid attention
to my assumption.
Merchandise in Walmart is much cheaper than that in Kmart. That's why you
can easily find 80% Kmart GC.
