花了一个quarter,觉得给的cashback挺少的但他们又没有cashback的history可以查。
几次写capitalone的站内信去询问,分别问过他们怎么查cashback的history,怎么查
每个quarter的5% promotion的categories,这个quarter又是什么。但是每次都是同样
的官方回答,字都不改,太敷衍了。
用过这个卡的人指点一下吧。这卡可不可靠啊。

不可能连category都不给你吧
另外有可能你对category理解有误
现在还有很多人以为target算grocery store or supermarket

C1的卡?哪一张啊?为什么从来没听说过他家有5%

哦,他家的reward acticity都可以在online banking看的,点那个reward就可以到另
一个页面去看你每笔消费的reward,我觉得还是蛮清楚的。。。

我和C1的对话,之前也问过,都是这个回答,太垃圾了。(他说的那个“Explore
Rewards” or “Earn More Rewards”里啥cashback的detail都没有,无非就是让你换
换gift card或是买东西link过去挣些rewards)

I still cannot see the details of my cashback for the last quarter.

Isn't that I will get 5% cashback of department stores and clothes
stores purchases for Sep to Dec? Why I cannot see that in my cashback
rewards?

不不不,点那个 reward summary,然后 explore rewards,然后就到了一个新窗口,
点my rewards,第一个选项就是view rewards activity,就可以看到详细历史了

这个我不知道了,没那么幸运收到这种offer,但是你可以通过reward历史推断一下。
。。

那么那个redeem的时候给20%bonus呢?redeem给什么checking account,什么amount都
可以的吗?

你拿到这么多好offer啊!我都不知道还可以有这个bonus。。。我是设置automatic
redemption,也是在my rewards里面,我是让他们一到25刀就寄支票给我,你看看你那
里面有什么选项没有,如果有bonus应该会写在选项里吧。。。

那个targeted offer是信件,而且是去年summer收到的了。
之前5%的categories不怎么好,所以直到最近才开始用的。
