一个多月前注册了这个promotion，但是没有开户。
现在重新注册了这个promotion，然后开了账户，就收到email说
“Unfortunately, our records indicate that you are not currently eligible
for this offer because you selected a type of account that is not eligible
to receive this offer.”
考古了一下，说ignore好了，好像是重新注册了一遍。有谁有相同的情况，最后收到
united的mile数？
