我也碰到过类似的问题，注意时区是不是不同。发信问是否需要reschedule。

是啊，是有时差的，不过之前email里面讲清楚了时间
hiring manager上周不在美国，于是说今天早上是最早可以和俺聊聊的时间。
结果被放了鸽子，郁闷
如果今天一天都不打电话，俺就明天早上发封email，request for reschedule

Hiring manager 今天中午毫无征兆地打来了电话，大概聊了30分钟左右。
非常传统的phone interview，就跟版上精华区的文章讲的一模一样。
最后，hiring manager说，让我好好准备on-site，不过还没有受到on-site 的邀请yet.
打算明天早上发一封thank-you letter过去。
请问，这种thank-you letter 大家都是发email，还是regular mail？
