人家说的是取款LIMIT…
这个ACCOUNT不要求DD，不要求MINIMUM，反正你只有一块钱放在那也没事不收费。
无HARD PULL。
版上有这个帐户的，通常都是FIDELITY那张2% AMEX卡用户的副产品…

boa只能在国内建行，fidelity在大部分银行应该都可以，所以貌似还是fidelity更好啊
