问了客服看能不能Match,
以下是回复。。。
Further, the offer rewards you with 50,000 bonus reward
points after spending $3,000 in the first 103 days on
your Sapphire Preferred account. In order to match this
offer on your existing Sapphire account, please reply to
this e-mail with the Offer Code and Invitation Number that
were included on the direct mail offer that was addressed
to you. Once we receive your reply, we will be happy to
submit the request to update the rewards on your account。
看来想match是没啥希望了。。。

你把网页截图发过去，要带上地址框，让他们看到是chase网站的
