记得以前pay credit card时可以把balance全都用光。现在如果输入available
balance的数额，总是得到如下error:
You have the following errors.
Your payment amount exceeds your Bluebird Account available balance.
Please lower the payment amount or add more funds to your Account and try
again.
如果留1块钱就没问题。是他们改政策了吗？
