I had the same problem today. All my previous payees were removed and I can'
t add new one. I keep getting same error below:

Same here. They are upgrading and migrating data, and i have to say their IT
sucks!

现在都有点怕用bill pay了。FT 上好像说这个是被关卡的主因。不知道花一块钱去
walmart做BP会怎么样。记得在哪看人说walmart的BP可能会触发chase关卡。
