bought a $500 mgc from kroger with bbva compass, went to a local target,
feed the redbird with pin, dama is the same dama as before, she did not say
anything, hand in the redbird, swipe the mgc>enter the pin>press no cashback
> got the receipt > Done

for the first time, got turned down at one store
was told gift card loading not allowed
totally fine at another Target down the road
hopefully just a fluke, not the beginning of the end
