用自己的BA里程给LD定uswairway单程航班，有票但是最后一步总是不成功，让联系BA
office，有

This is BA's problem, it sometimes shows phantom award space. Search on aa.
com first, make sure the award flight seat is available, then go to BA.com
to book the flight.

有些aa里程票本来就aa自家里程才能换
