Centurion lounge 如有amex platinum card 可以带直系亲属进去，里面的food, 指的
是order menu 或drink 之类也是免费吗？，小费一定给，就是不知吃饭是不是也像
restaurant 要交费。还有哪位指点下las Vegas 的lounge: The Lounge is
located in Concourse D, opposite Gate D1. The concourse is accessible from
Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 via the transit system.
我做AA , T1, D11, 走着去就可以了，还是要做transit？

吃饭是buffet

drink 有menu
基本上给tip就可以
唯一见过的是sfo的某些红酒好像要收费

你看机场地图，那两terminal离的很远，走路到不了偶记得
吃的是buffet,自取，不是menu，只有喝酒才去吧台那里自己要
