面试的一个HR跟我联系，他可能不太懂OPT的事情。
邮件里是这样说的“Thank you for your explanation and don't worry at all as
this is new for me too.
To see if I understand, as a hypothetical situation, let's say you are hired
for this position and we need you to start as soon as possible. Could you
apply for the OPT now even though you have not finished your degree and
would you know how long would it take if so.”
我应该跟他怎么解释呢？
我目前的状态是：博士最后一年，年底应该可以答辩。
对于OPT的事情，我也不是很懂。我想问下各位，我需要怎么回复他呢？
