我自己也找客服问过了，他的部分解释+我的经验总结：你一redeem就从added to card
消失，credit返了进入“saving”，在posted后credit给之前，offer会消失一段时间
。等几天就有credit了，别急。amex不会赖账的。

maybe the fedex package got delayed/messed up. you can contact walmart to
get the right tracking number. I have two orders with the same issue
