确实是很不该发生的事情，过海关的时候理应填写一份申报单，把海运行李清单报关，
但是海运托运比较早了，到了过海关的时候忘记了。现在没有海关的申报单没法拿到行
李，请问大家有没有相关经验，遇到这样情况怎么从海关那里重新补充这个材料呢，非
