去年11月拿到第一张卡Forward，这次杯具了。。。这半年是不是最好就什么都不申了
。。。本来还想申申Fidelity, Schwab 之类2%的卡。。。

我的公司是和几个朋友合股的，现在公司前景不太好想要卖掉，考虑到州税和联邦税，
拿到手的钱也剩不下多少，怎样才能合法避税呢? 可不可以把我们合伙人合同上的名字
改成我父母，我父母在美国的银行也有账户，然后卖掉的钱直接存入我父母的账户中，
他们作为外国人探亲身份就不用交个人所得税了。请问这种办法是否可行？希望有经验
的税务大师帮我看看，本人跪谢了!万分感激!
